New shot could cut bleeding episodes in hemophilia patients

Summary
This study tests a new drug called KN057 to see if it can prevent bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B who do not have inhibitors. About 125 male participants aged 12 to 70 will receive either KN057 or standard care for up to 52 weeks. The goal is to reduce the number of bleeds and keep patients safer.
