Summary

This study is testing whether a new injection called KN057 can safely prevent bleeding episodes in people with hemophilia A or B. The trial involves 125 male participants aged 12-70 who currently experience frequent bleeds. Researchers will compare how often bleeds occur with KN057 versus current standard treatments over one year.
