New pill aims to stop heavy periods caused by fibroids

Summary
This study is testing a new pill called KLH-2109 to see if it can safely reduce heavy menstrual bleeding in women who have uterine fibroids. About 254 participants will take either the new pill or a standard treatment for comparison. The main goal is to see if the new drug lowers bleeding more effectively over a 12-week period.
