Summary

This study looked at whether a type of exercise called the Klapp method could help breastfeeding mothers with a rounded upper back (kyphosis) feel less pain and improve their posture. Thirty-two mothers who had given birth by C-section and were nursing took part. One group did Klapp exercises twice a week for a month, while the other group received printed home exercise instructions. The study measured pain, spine curvature, and breastfeeding confidence before and after the program.
