First human trial launches for experimental blood cancer drug

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called KK2430 in people with blood cancers (hematologic neoplasms). It is the first time this drug is given to humans, so the main goals are to check safety, how the body handles the drug, and whether it can shrink tumors. About 72 adults with measurable disease and good organ function will take part.
