Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called KK2269, given alone or with chemotherapy (docetaxel), in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. About 101 people with certain cancers like stomach, esophageal, or lung cancer will take part.
