New cancer drug enters first human trials

Summary
This is the first study in people for a new drug called KK2269. It aims to find a safe dose and see how well the body tolerates it. The study will test KK2269 alone in people with various advanced solid tumors, and also test it combined with a standard chemotherapy drug (docetaxel) in people with specific cancers like stomach, esophageal, or lung cancer.
