Summary
This study is testing a specialized movement training program to see if it helps people with chronic sacroiliac joint pain. It will compare the new exercises, which focus on core and hip muscle control, to standard physical therapy. Researchers will measure changes in pain, balance, walking ability, and muscle endurance over 8 weeks.
