Summary
This study looked at whether kinesiotaping (a special elastic tape) can immediately reduce pain and improve body awareness and posture in people with rounded shoulders and shoulder impingement. 114 adults with neck pain took part. Researchers measured pain, posture, and joint position sense right after applying the tape.
