First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether kinesiotape, a special elastic tape, can immediately improve posture and shoulder movement in university students with rounded shoulders. One hundred students will be randomly assigned to receive either the real tape or a sham (fake) tape. Researchers will measure changes in posture, range of motion, and body awareness right after applying the tape.
