NCT ID NCT07425223
First seen Feb 26, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether kinesiology tape, a special elastic tape, can immediately improve strength and performance in female volleyball players. Twenty-four players will be randomly assigned to get either real tape or a fake (sham) tape, then tested on upper body exercises like throwing a medicine ball. The goal is to provide clear evidence on whether this popular tape actually helps athletes perform better.
