Summary

This study looks at whether kinesiology tape can quickly improve speed, agility, and jumping power in young soccer players. 24 athletes aged 14-18 will be randomly assigned to get real tape or a fake (sham) tape. They will do sprint, agility, and jump tests right after the tape is applied to see if it makes a difference.
