Tape trick? study tests if sticky strips make soccer stars faster

Summary
This study looks at whether kinesiology tape can quickly improve speed, agility, and jumping power in young soccer players. 24 athletes aged 14-18 will be randomly assigned to get real tape or a fake (sham) tape. They will do sprint, agility, and jump tests right after the tape is applied to see if it makes a difference.
