Can a special tape give soccer players a quick boost?
NCT ID NCT07421583
Summary
This study aims to find out if applying kinesiology tape to the thigh muscles gives soccer players a short-term boost in speed, agility, and jumping power. Researchers will test 24 young, licensed soccer players, comparing real tape to a fake 'sham' tape. The goal is to gather clearer evidence on whether this popular taping technique actually helps athletic performance right after it's put on.
