Sticky tape trial aims to ease pain, avoid surgery
NCT ID NCT07404917
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether adding Kinesio Taping to standard exercises helps adults with lacertus syndrome, a painful nerve compression in the forearm. Thirty participants will either do exercises alone or exercises plus the special tape for four weeks. The main goal is to see if this type of study is practical to run, while also checking if the tape might reduce pain and improve hand strength and function.
