Sticky tape for wobbly ankles? study tests athletic support
NCT ID NCT06901141
Summary
This study is testing if different ways of applying kinesio tape (a stretchy athletic tape) can help improve balance, ankle function, and jump distance in young adults with a history of ankle ligament injuries. Researchers will randomly assign 120 healthy physiotherapy students to try one of three taping methods and measure their performance. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive taping can help people with old ankle injuries move better and more stably.
