NCT ID NCT05956392
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether replacing 60 minutes of daily screen time with sleep can improve attention, mood, and brain health in children aged 6-12 who sleep less than 8 hours and use screens over 2 hours on school days. Researchers will help each child create a personalized plan to cut screen use. The trial involves 150 participants in Singapore and lasts 2 weeks, with follow-up assessments.
