Summary
This study tests a drug called siplizumab combined with donor bone marrow cells to see if it can train the immune system to accept a new kidney without needing lifelong anti-rejection drugs. The trial involves 18 kidney transplant recipients from living donors. The main goal is to see if patients can safely stop all immunosuppressants while keeping their kidney healthy.
