Which tacrolimus is better for black kidney transplant patients?

Summary

This study looks at two different versions of the anti-rejection drug tacrolimus in African American kidney transplant recipients. One is taken once a day, the other twice a day. The goal is to see which one helps keep blood vessels healthier and works better overall. About 60 people will take part, and their blood vessel health will be checked over 12 to 24 months.
