First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tested a new medicine called TCD601 (Siplizumab) in people receiving a new kidney. The goal was to see if it is safer and works better than a standard treatment (rATG) to prevent the body from rejecting the new kidney. The study included 33 adults aged 18 to 70 who got a kidney from a deceased or living donor. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
