Summary

This study looked at whether kidney transplant patients could switch from monthly IV belatacept to weekly self-injected abatacept to prevent organ rejection. Sixteen adults who had a kidney transplant 8-20 weeks earlier took part. The goal was to see if the switch was safe, effective, and easier for patients.
