NCT ID NCT07385651

First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether storing donated kidneys at 10°C (instead of the usual 4°C on ice) leads to better kidney function after transplant. About 30 adults with end-stage kidney disease who are on the transplant waiting list will take part. Researchers will compare urine markers and how quickly the new kidney starts working.
