Drug showdown: which treatment best flushes kidney stones?

Summary
This study compares four different drug approaches to help people pass kidney stones naturally. 500 adults with small to medium-sized stones will be randomly assigned to receive one of the treatments or standard pain management. Researchers will measure which approach helps stones pass fastest, reduces pain most effectively, and causes the fewest side effects.
