New study to settle best way to remove medium kidney stones

Summary

This study compares two advanced, minimally invasive surgeries for removing kidney stones that are 2-3 cm in size. About 254 adults will be randomly assigned to one of two procedures to see which clears more stones with fewer complications. The goal is to find the safest and most effective approach for patients.
