Summary
This study aims to find out if lying on your side during kidney stone surgery works better than the standard feet-up position. Researchers will compare these two positions in 70 adults with small stones in the lower part of the kidney. The goal is to see which position helps surgeons remove stones more completely and with fewer complications.
