New study tests simple trick to zap more kidney stones in one go

Summary
This study tests whether giving extra fluids and a diuretic (furosemide) during laser kidney stone surgery helps flush out more stone fragments. About 374 adults needing this surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either the extra fluids plus furosemide or standard care. The main goal is to see if more patients are completely stone-free three months later, as seen on a CT scan.
