Summary

This study tested a new drug called LLX-424 to see if it is safe and can change urine chemistry to help prevent future kidney stones. It involved 51 people with a history of kidney stones who took either the drug or a placebo for 8 weeks. The main goals were to check for side effects and see if the drug lowered a key substance in urine linked to stone formation.
