First human tests begin for new kidney disease treatment

NCT ID NCT07445906

Summary

This is an early safety study for a new injection called RG002C0106, which is being developed for IgA Nephropathy, a type of kidney disease. Researchers want to see how the drug behaves in the body and if it is safe in 24 healthy adults and adults with mild-to-moderate kidney problems. The main goal is to understand how reduced kidney function affects the drug's levels and safety after a single shot.
