NCT ID NCT04456816
Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called AP1189 to see if it can help control a rare kidney disease. It will involve about 23 adults who have this disease and are already on standard blood pressure medications. The main goal is to see if adding AP1189 for 12 weeks is safe and can reduce the large amount of protein leaking into their urine.
