Summary

This study is testing whether adding a new drug called casdatifan to an existing cancer drug (cabozantinib) works better than the existing drug alone for advanced kidney cancer. It's for adults whose cancer has continued to grow despite prior immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if the new combination can keep the cancer from getting worse for a longer period of time.
