New app aims to help teens kick the vaping habit

Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called Kick-Nic! can help high school students stop vaping. About 306 teens who want to quit will either use the app or visit a standard quit-smoking website. Their progress will be tracked over 6 months with surveys and saliva tests to confirm they've stopped using nicotine.
