Ancient game could boost Kids' speed and reflexes

NCT ID NCT07440771

Summary

This study is testing whether regularly playing the traditional South Asian game Kho-Kho improves agility and reaction time in school children. Researchers will work with 48 children aged 8-12, having half play Kho-Kho and half engage in free play three times weekly for six weeks. They'll measure changes using simple physical tests to see if this culturally relevant game offers fitness benefits.
