NCT ID NCT07289893
Summary
This study is testing if an 8-week kettlebell exercise program works better than standard physical therapy for reducing shoulder pain and improving function. It will involve 38 athletes and active adults who have had shoulder pain for at least 6 weeks due to rotator cuff problems. Researchers will compare pain levels, shoulder strength, and performance between the two groups.
