First seen Feb 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study looks at whether an 8-week kettlebell exercise program can reduce forward pelvic tilt in men aged 18-25 with Lower Crossed Syndrome, a common postural issue. Half the participants do supervised kettlebell exercises three times a week; the other half receive usual care. Researchers measure changes in pelvic tilt angle before and after the program to see if the exercise helps.
