Summary

This study tests whether taking ketone supplements can prevent the negative effects of eating too much salt, like high blood pressure and kidney strain. Researchers will give 35 healthy young adults a high-salt diet with or without ketone supplements and measure changes in blood pressure, blood vessel function, and kidney health. The goal is to find a simple way to protect the heart and kidneys in people who eat a lot of salt.
