Summary
This study looks at whether adding a medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil supplement to standard antipsychotic treatment can improve metabolism and symptoms in 15 young adults with first-episode psychosis. Participants will take the supplement twice daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it is safe, tolerable, and helps with brain energy and overall health.
