Summary

This study tested whether a ketogenic diet or a Mediterranean diet works better to reduce symptoms of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis in people who also have obesity. Twenty-six adults tried each diet for eight weeks to see which one improved their skin condition and joint pain more. Researchers also checked for changes in blood markers of inflammation and metabolism.
