Summary

This study looks at whether injecting ketamine into the surgical area during jaw correction surgery can reduce pain, swelling, and nausea after the operation. Forty adults with jaw deformities are taking part. The goal is to see if this approach lowers the need for extra painkillers and speeds up recovery.
