Summary
This study is testing whether a new, long-acting ketamine tablet can reduce severe pain in adults with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). All 65 participants will take the tablets twice daily for 12 weeks, with doctors closely monitoring their pain levels and side effects. The goal is to see if this form of ketamine provides lasting pain relief and improves daily life for people with this challenging condition.
