New eye drops aim to soothe Post-LASIK dryness

Summary
This study tests whether using Kera Sol eye drops for two weeks after LASIK surgery can reduce dry eye symptoms and signs. About 60 adults having LASIK in both eyes will participate. Researchers will measure changes in corneal staining to see if the drops help heal the eye surface.
