Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—Kendall Method and Feldenkrais Method—for people with Upper Crossed Syndrome, a condition causing neck pain and poor posture. 72 adults aged 20 to 50 with neck pain for over 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of the two programs, combined with standard physical therapy. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves posture, and restores neck function over 5 weeks.
