Summary
This study tests whether adding a wearable vibration sensor to Kendall exercises helps young adults (18–30) with forward head posture and neck pain more than exercises alone. 64 participants will be split into two groups: one does Kendall exercises with the sensor, the other does exercises only. The goal is to reduce pain, improve head angle, and lessen neck disability.
