New scar treatment trial aims to find faster fix for keloids
NCT ID NCT07201766
Summary
This study aims to find out if an injection called bleomycin works better or faster than a standard combination injection (5-FU plus triamcinolone) to treat keloid scars. Researchers will compare the two treatments in 104 participants aged 13-60. They will measure improvement by how much the scar's appearance and feel improve over 12 weeks of treatment.
