Summary
This study tests a new medicine, S230815, in children aged 2 to 12 with a rare genetic epilepsy called KCNT1-related developmental and epileptic encephalopathy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help control seizures. The trial involves giving the drug via a spinal injection and monitoring the children for up to 72 weeks.
