Summary
This study aims to compare two different scoring systems used to predict which children with Kawasaki Disease will not respond to the standard first treatment (IVIG). It involves 103 children under 18 from European and North Indian hospitals. The goal is to see how well these prediction tools work across different ethnic groups to help doctors identify high-risk patients earlier.
