Summary

This study is testing whether the medication KarXT can help control symptoms of schizophrenia in teenagers aged 13-17. Researchers will measure how well it reduces symptoms like hallucinations, delusions, and social withdrawal compared to a placebo. The trial involves 166 participants and focuses on both effectiveness and safety for this younger population.
