Summary

This study follows 100 adults who had spine surgery with the Karma Fixation System to see how well their bones fuse and how their pain and disability improve. Researchers will review medical records and may ask some participants to come back for X-rays and CT scans. The goal is to understand the system's real-world effectiveness.
