First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special karate program can help children with ADHD improve self-control, daily functioning, and social skills. About 55 kids aged 6–12 will take karate classes twice a week for two months. Researchers will compare their progress to periods without karate to see if the training makes a real difference.
