Karate kicks for focus: can martial arts help kids with ADHD?
NCT ID NCT07430436
Summary
This study is testing whether a specially adapted karate training program can help children with ADHD improve their self-control, social skills, and ability to do everyday tasks. Researchers will compare 55 children, aged 6-12, who either do the karate program first or wait and do it later. The goal is to see if the physical and mental routines of karate lead to measurable improvements in daily life and school.
