New combo aims to stop KRAS lung cancer from coming back

Summary
This study tests whether adding a targeted drug (MK-1084) to standard immunotherapy after surgery can prevent lung cancer from returning in people with a specific KRAS gene mutation. About 400 adults with stage IIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer that has been fully removed will receive either the drug combo or a placebo plus immunotherapy. The main goal is to see how long participants stay cancer-free.
