Colorful glasses may take the ouch out of Kids' dental visits
NCT ID NCT07595731
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether special kaleidoscope glasses can help children aged 4-6 feel less pain and anxiety during a baby root canal. The glasses show changing colorful patterns to distract the child. Researchers will compare the glasses to the standard Tell-Show-Do method, where the dentist explains each step. About 39 children will take part, and their pain and pulse will be measured before, during, and after treatment.
